Annual Fly Freedom's Flag Parade

10:00am Presentation of Flags by Boat Capt.’s
10:05am Hot Springs ROTC Posting the Colors
10:10am Welcome Speaker & Grand Marshal
10:15am POW/MIA Service
Decorated boats meet at Dam Site to start parade at Noon. At 12:30 the boats pass by the main boat ramp (at Marina del Sur) for wreath toss & taps with ROTC Posting Colors to half mast.  Parade will continue on along shoreline to Rock Canyon Marina & Long Point. Anyone can decorate their boat and join the parade. Campers decorate camps with Red, White and Blue in honor all vets and troops that have and are protecting our freedom.
8:30pm D-Dock, Marina del Sur -- DWD will perform "Freedom O8"; a Rock Concert to honor POW/MIA's. Elephant Butte Lake State Park, EB, NM
